The recent cabinet shuffle changed six posts – Finance, Health, Interior, Transport, Mines and Energy and Environment. Finance and Health have only an indirect impact on the hydrocarbons industry, much as they might have on any industry. The new occupants of the remaining portfolios will impact the sector for at least the next few years.
