Colombia continues to discuss the possible implementation of unconventional techniques, while the current oil and gas reserves levels generate concerns in the hydrocarbon sector. Alberto Leal Niño, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Colombian Association of Petroleum Engineers (ACIPET), spoke on this subject and international experiences in countries such as Poland.
