The Colombian government, with a legal team comprising specialized attorneys from the National Agency for Legal Defense of the State (Andje) and external advisors, will defend itself before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) against a lawsuit filed by Chinese-owned but Canada-based mining company Continental Gold Inc.
