Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, June 20 (GIS). Colombia declared 17.6 million hectares as a strategic reserve mining in five states, said Wednesday the President of the Republic, Juan Manuel Santos, on his arrival in Brazil, to participate in the Rio +20 Summit.
