The debate over the development of fracking pilot projects (PPII) in Colombia is still going on; 20 Congressmen started legal actions to stop the projects’ development.
The Ministry of Mines and Energy (MinEnergia) published a draft decree regarding regulations for fracking pilot projects (PPII).
Colombia will be the most affected country by the current crisis out of the members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the entity said.
